Stonks ("the app") is a personal portfolio-tracking and analytics tool provided as-is for informational purposes. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Not financial advice

Stonks provides data, heuristic scores, and AI-generated summaries for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not manage money, hold discretionary authority, or place trades on your behalf. Always verify figures and consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

The app's AI features (including the portfolio digest, per-ticker insights, and any "action items," trade ideas, hedges, or tax-related suggestions they generate) are automated, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not recommendations. They do not create an advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between you and us. Any decision you make is solely your own, and you are responsible for evaluating it and its tax consequences — ideally with a licensed professional.

Brokerage connections

Brokerage connectivity is provided via SnapTrade on a read-only basis. The app cannot trade on your behalf. Market and account data may be delayed, cached, or inaccurate; do not rely on it for time-sensitive decisions.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose, and are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for your own lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse- engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
